Since I have been training with you, I have seen amazing results. The exercises are simple and can be down at home - however they provide the same effect of working out in a gym. I am extremely happy with the training, variety of workouts and with the fact that with a few simple exercises I can have a total body workout.

I had come to Bangalore for a month to visit my son and his family. I was having pains because of arthritis and all the more because of my age because I am a senior citizen. I would wake up in the morning with a severe pain in my feet. It was so bad that I dreaded taking that first step in the morning. One day I met Gideon and I just mentioned the problem to him. As a strength athlete I was on a diet which was affecting me adversely. I have known Gideon for a few years and when I saw him again he had lost a lot of weight! I carried my elder daughter for nine months. Then by the time she was nine months, conceived my second child. And today I’m closing in on my second trimester with my second bundle of joy! As excited as I was about being a second timer so fast, I knew I had extra work to do- recover from the first pregnancy, and replenish my energy storehouses while taking care of and breast-feeding my little girl. It isn’t as fanciful as it may sound given that ours is a nuclear family and the closest relatives are at least 2500 kms away. Full-day, reliable house helps aren’t easily available either. I read that exercising is good but there was no way I could have done it. Centers only offered yoga classes, combined with logistical difficulties; the option was thrown out of the window rather easily. One day I came across Gideon Samuel Fitness and out of sheer need and urgency I contacted them. There have been no regrets. It’s been around three months now, I have no back pain, more strength to carry my 10 kg-package of sweetness, and more stamina to complete house works. Training under Gideon‘s advice has worked out really well for me. I have the ‘privilege’ of doing simple exercises lasting no more than 10 minutes a day at home, at times suitable for me. My trainer is calm, composed and persistent in his follow-ups, yet not pushing me beyond what my body can handle. There are guidelines to follow but no rules and regulations to adhere to. I’m pregnant after all :D He is a good listener and not judgmental. All these have made my pregnancy way more comfortable than what I had expected. I choose to carry on with my fitness programme designed specifically for me till such time I bounce back to my pre-pregnancy health and shape and who knows beyond!!!

Hey Gideon,
Based on my workout with you I wanted to say a quick thank you :-) The gym that I was going to had amateurs as trainers and I realized much later that I was doing the wrong exercises for mass building until you came along. Thanks for training me for those couple of months and showing me the correct exercises to build mass. After some research over the net and speaking with fitness minded people I realized the workout that you had put me through was the ones that professional body builders follow :-) and I’ll always remember those words you would keep repeating...Get your FORM right !!! Still keep that in mind in my current workout!!!

I have known Gideon for many years now and looking into the input that he has provided to me with regard to health and fitness related matters, I can say that he surely has the knowledge in the field.

Not only has he helped with suggestions on a proper diet and exercises to manage my weight, he also has helped me with massage techniques to handle the horrible headaches that I get.

He is just a call away when I need help in such areas, for eg: I once got a crazy muscle catch in my lower back. It was so bad I couldn’t move. Immediately my husband and I thought of Gideon and called him. He explained to my husband what needed to be done and sure enough I was able to move in about 5 mins.

With regard to weight loss and fitness, I have seen him do what he suggests to his clients and I have seen it work miraculously on him. He has also gym trained my husband who found his training very helpful. The first few days into his gym training he told me ‘Gideon really knows what he is talking about!’
